We scan with ground-penetrating radar to find rebar, post-tension cables and conduits before anything is cut.

Cut lines are agreed and marked. Floors, walls and finishes nearby are covered and water suppression is set up.

Diamond saws and core drills cut to the line, with water and slurry captured as we go.
Remove and clean up
Sections are lifted out, waste goes to certified recycling or disposal, and the area is left clean for the next trade.

Every job starts with a risk assessment and job safety analysis. Our crew are trained, our equipment is inspected and maintained, and we audit our sites regularly.
We cut with water to suppress dust, use noise-reduced equipment, capture slurry and send concrete waste to certified recycling and disposal services. Where work affects neighbours or the public, we let them know before we start.

Do you scan before cutting?
Yes. We use ground-penetrating radar to locate rebar, post-tension cables and conduits so cuts and holes go where they're safe.
Do you work for homeowners or only builders?
Both. We work for builders, plumbers, electricians, facility managers and homeowners on jobs of every size.
How do you control dust and slurry?
We use water suppression when cutting and coring and dust extraction when grinding. Slurry is captured so it stays out of drains and gardens.
